Held On Saturday, May 10, 2003 on the grounds of Zion Church.
On this day a Maibaum (May Pole) was erected in Zion’s garden & family activities were from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. including German sweet treats and Maibowle (May punch) singing, folk dancing, and a puppet theater. Special Guest: Col. Wolfgang Samuel read from his book: German Boy.
Then....Maitanz in the ADLERSAAL from7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Presented by The Zion Forum for German Culture & The Baltimore Kickers. Home cooked dinner with German beer (Maibock) and other beverages.  Dancing to the live music of a German band.
