Dear Zion Congregation Members and Friends, 

I wanted to give all of you an update on the water/plumbing situation at Zion. The Property Committee has found a plumber who will be able to complete the repair work, hopefully, sometime next week. Since the repairs will not be completed before this Sunday, February 19, there will not be in-person worship this Sunday. Pastor Anke will conduct live stream services this Sunday from Zion at our regular worship times: German service at 9:30 a.m. and English service at 11:00 a.m. Please plan to join us in virtual worship. 

The status of the Ash Wednesday services is pending the schedule for the repairs. We will do Ashes to Go from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and if indoor services are still not possible, we will do Ashes to Go again at 12:20 p.m. in lieu of the Midday service. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unexpected turn in the road. Hoping we will be back to our regular schedule of in-person services by Sunday, February 26.
