Pastors Anke and Eric Deibler will be on vacation August 1-28.  Rev. Robert Schmitt will be available for emergency pastoral care by contacting the Church Office. German services with Holy Communion will be held on August 1 and August 15 at 9:30 a.m. (no German service on August 8 or August 22).  English services will be held as usual every Sunday at 11:00 a.m.

On August 1, Zion welcomes the Rev. Katie Kluckman-Ault to lead us in worship in both services.  Pastor Kati Kluckman-Ault was a nurse and midwife for several years before becoming a parish nurse at Amazing Grace in East Baltimore in 2001. She was consecrated a deaconess in 2002 by the Lutheran Deaconess Association. Pastor Kati was ordained in 2010. She then served as Director for Evangelical Mission in our Delaware Maryland Synod from 2010-2016. She was most recently a mission developer pastor of Rejoice Fellowship in Glen Burnie till her retirement in 2020.  She is married to Brian and has three adult children.

Pastor Susan Roy will conduct the English service on August 8.  Pastor Patricia Payne will lead worship services on August 15 and August 22.
