Weather Policy! Zion Church weather policy is as followed: During the week, Monday-Friday we will follow Baltimore City Public Schools delay/closing policies. On Sundays and holidays if Phase 1 of Baltimore City’s emergency snow plan is in effect; all services and events will be canceled.
